Sorry, I didn't mean to sound unfriendly!

There have been a few threads in the last few days about alternate routings, flying from Canada, etc which may be helpful. I usually try and link threads if I mention them but am just rushing off - there was one earlier today about Mexico to London via Canada for instance, and one yesterday asking about using Canada as an alternative.
