I need to rent a car at PHL at the end of January for a couple days, less than 2 months before my 25th birthday. I'm using my employer's corporate discount code, but it doesn't seem that allows the fee to be waived as it's still included in the estimate on Hertz's website. What are the chances of getting the fee waived on account of me almost being 25. If not, are there any coupon codes I can use to waive it? I saw some floating around from months ago but they all seem to be expired.
