Let us know what kind of response you get. I'd be surprised if you get your upgrades back, but maybe AA will try to address the problem somehow. And in the meantime, with your last name so far down in the alphabet, I'm sure you won't be putting any more acquaintances on the waitlist until your own upgrade clears! :-)
