I like the Shure earphones. They come with a series of different fittings to use. Different folks find different fittings comfortable, triple flange, flexy mushroom shapes, or foam like the foam used in earplugs. You can experiment and figure out if one of them is more comfortable than the others. They will all sound much better than the apple earphones (which I can't use because they are always just falling out of my ears).
