Err, you just did!
Come on folks, it's actually NOT a high-class restaurant. The food they serve is usually passable. Remember, AA orders the food from the flight kitchen, but the flight kitchen pretty much has control over things like the meat content and so on. On International, AA does specify certain suppliers, but not domestically. However, quality control programs are still in place and if any meal on AA is, in your opinion, sub-standard, then report it to the flight attendants whilst you're on the plane and they can write it up and report it to catering. (In my experience, they always do)
