Do you know if the New Fleet follows the same rules, where positions are chosen based on seniority, or does the SCCM allocate crew to positions? That how I thought it'd work.
New fleet are allocated their working positions I believe. The idea being to have an even spread of experience.
Once everyone has had their Premium Training at LHR the idea was that First and Club would be manned only by these crew, not sure if this is still the case or whether it has fallen by the way side.
