TSA Employee Sexual Harassment

So I've been thinking. What kind of liability does the TSA have to a TSO who claims sexual harassment by their employer? If I had a job, then my employer told me a condition of employment was genital and breast fondling, I think I would consider that sexual harassment. If I remember from sexual harassment training, the definition lies in the way the victim perceives it. I'm pretty sure me being forced to feel up ball and cracks would be sexual harassment in my mind.

Lawyers, any chance a TSO could make a claim?
