After hearing numerous people rave about In-N-Out, I finally tried a Double-Double back in late June, while on vacation in So-Cal. While it was quite tasty, it reminded me of a Deluxe from Dick's Drive-In (Seattle burger institution) with lettuce, tomato and onion.
I don't know if it's me or what, but I still prefer Five Guys to In-N-Out. Maybe it's their wide variety of toppings that makes it better.

It's a toss up for me, depending on my mood. Purity goes to In-N-Out, decadence goes to Five Guys.
