Can't help you with those questions....but I feel your pain re: the itin. I spent literally 5 hours coming up with a double FLA double Cali run last weekend, and thought I had finally found one. When I asked someone to look at it again (b/c all the numbers were swirling in my head and I could no longer see straight), I'd left 30 min to get from LGA to JFK. Think I've found a good one now though...
