Same goes for most European corporate customers. BA has made a business model of it for UK - US premium travel !
Regardless, I'm pretty sure the premium fares are the same going in both directions: dirt cheap. Europeans may buy them, but they're paying much less than they would be on a flight headed the same distance east or south.
