I've had them from Citi for 4.9%/life of balance... (you must really be living right if you're being offered 2.9%)... used the offers, and no, typically you don't get miles on balance transfers.

These are pretty good propositions. I also get constant junk-mail offers for personal loans at a "low, low" 8.8% or thereabouts, but the Citi offers make them look expensive.
