Are PVD and BOS considered co-terminals? Unless they are this is nested (OK) and not back-to-back (not OK) AFAIK, unless this is a new deal where AA does not allow nested tix.

If not co-terminals, the rez is legal technically, although the connection between PVD and BOS is obvious and revenue protection might get involved if given the chance.
