I have to be in Dallas for a meeting on Monday morning. My travel agent booked me a YUP ticket traveling BOS-DFW-BOS, which cost me about $2,400. For about the same price, I noticed that I can purchase a YUP ticket and travel BOS-LAX-HNL-DFW-BOS (arriving in DFW in plenty of time to shower and get ready for my meeting). It's good for an extra 30,000 miles (with the FLY04 bonus), a nice view of HNL (which I've never seen before) and a savings of $350 because I won't need my room at The Mansion on Sunday night.
