Hi, been trying for over a month now (I call every day!!) to book 2 business class seats on SIN from Denver to Denpasar (Bali) using United Awards. I was under the impression that seats are released 330 days out. Any advice out there on what/when/how to do this??? After saving up and flying for years to "earn" the free flights, it is so frustrating to hear that no seats are available - feels like a game that I am not going to win.....thanks for any tips!
