TSA is in currently in PR damage control mode. They know that if pictures like this continue to be made public, their "administrative search" programs will start to be widely perceived as the 4th amendment violations that they really are. I would not be surprised if they announce new photography bans to prevent images of TSO actions. It'll be done in the name of "protecting passenger privacy", of course, but it's likely coming. My bet would be early next year or sooner.
