Two things are frustrating about this:

(1) -- Recall all the new info about upgrading from WT+ to CW using AA miles being only possible for flights booked via AA. So if you cant upgrade WT>CW, only WT+>CW, but you also can't book WT+ via AA, and you can't BA upgrade flights not booked via AA, can we therefore conclude that you can't upgrade at all to CW using AA miles? Or, do you have to book a BA flight number via AA?

(2) -- Was hoping to get the 1.5 * EQP from WT+ on the AA flt number for use in a PLT challenge. Oh well.

Finally, does anyone know if you have a WT ticket on a flight operated by BA, but booked on the AA flt number via AA, if you can pay and get an exit row via BA website?
