Simplified Boarding
In addition to simplifying our fares, we are simplifying our boarding procedures. The new boarding procedure is geared to get you to your final destination on time. This includes more streamlined deplaning and boarding, and more control over carry-on bags. Effective February 15, 2004, the revised procedure will include the following boarding order: 1) Families traveling with small children and any others needing agent assistance 2) MVP Gold Members
3) MVP Members and elite-level members of our partner airlines 4) all other passengers (all rows).
