Don't think if you move these MR to BA that they will work just like AA. They should on a domesic coach, however on a first/business you will need more miles. Do a search on AA, then do a search on BA using AA and you will see. A two partner award on BA can cost up to 40% more miles.I just did a search TPA/SXM first AA wanted 70,000 or 75,000 miles.Do the same search on BA using AA and they want 105,000 miles. That's why they can give you a 30% bonus for making a transfer. Move those MR to Delta for 50% and see how many miles they want for an award.
