Let's not shoot the poor front end workers at the lower end of the hierarchy. Should something go wrong by not following the instructions, they will lose their jobs.

It is a case of a process that is not fully thought through. The fault lies with the higher paying middle / high management workers who fail to get all processes documented.

I suggest write a letter to complain about the process and not about the those workers.
