I think the staff problem isn't limited to just AA or the TSA. The general attitude OUTSIDE the airport is also very similar. In my opinion, when the new terminal is finally done, our negative experiences about Miami will probably remain the same- minus the congestion.

Exactly. Customer Service (ó servicio al cliente) does not exist in Miami.
