Pssst - hey, you... The yellow FlyerTalk tags are a good signal - and it allows the FA the control of deciding whether to make contact or not on a busy / bad / etc. day.

Compliments are good anytime. As I ask managers in my training, "How often do you walk around and try to catch people doing things RIGHT?"
