Will the award travel to Europe be all the traveling you are doing in 2011? If so, then no, not worth it IMO.

If you will, however, be doing more AA travel next year... again, depending upon how much/to where (aka can you use upgrades you will earn)/need to check bags, etc.. then perhaps.
