I have recently become a royal ambassador, but had a prior booking at the IC Bali under the Friends and Family Rate. I emailed the hotel to check to see if the RA privileges extended to the F&F Rate and they have told me no.

I have since called the Ambassador number and they informed me that they can't change the F&F rate at all without 100% penalty. I don't want to change the dates, I just want the opportunity to possibly obtain the RA benefits. Does anyone have any suggestions, in method to contact the hotel to try and change this booking? or are there other options. I'd be happy to pay extra to change the booking from a F&F to a normal rate. but thought the font of knowledge that is FT may have other suggestions.
