AA only books partner awards over the phone, which is why you don't see any partner flight listed online. BA site is not going to mention anything about AA miles, but the availability should be the same, so use that as a tool to find awards, before you call AA to book. Same thing with the QF site.

JJeffrey has already identified some very good options for you. If you don't want to do any additional reading, you can just call AA to book those flights and be done.
