If you thought yesterday was bad, wait until they get rid of the beloved United skykits and the fact they hand out vouchers for service recovery like candy.

CO and US have one thing in common in that they just do not believe in service recovery as much as UA. You can sometimes get a voucher out of them for $50 to 100, but UA is known for giving $250 for petty things all the time.

I for one am glad there was no discussion about US.
