One enhancement that will further endear me to US would be the elimination (or at least significant reduction) of change fees.

They did it for Move Up...it would be awesome if they did it for when we need to change travel dates or when a lower fare becomes available.

$150 is quite steep when dealing with mostly <=$250 tickets.
