If you haven't booked already, I would do so ASAP given how many people will be flying on those days before and after Thanksgiving. The only exception for me would be if the flights I wanted still had lots of empty seats left, and I felt better betting the airline would drop its fares to fill the rest of the plane. But given that this is a holiday period, I'm guessing that won't be the case.
