Forgive me for being ignorant about Power Ports, but where are they located? Also, what kind of adapter do they require for plugging in a laptop? I never had a laptop until recently so I never bothered to find out these things.
Thanks.</font>
The answer to both questions has been discussed so many times on this forum, it wants to make my head spin. If you don't feel like doing a search, then the seatmaps are available on AA.com by selecting the "About AA" tab and then "Our Planes". That brings up the various seat maps which indicate where the power port is located. It's located right under the seat and is pretty obvious. Not all seats have them.
As for adapters, almost every store that carries computer parts (Best Buy, CompUSA, Frys, Amazon.com, Buy.com etc.) has them as do Office Max, Office Depot, and Staples.
Edited to add:
As MC1 stated above, the seat maps (which show the powerport location) are also on seatguru.com
