Aaromanis as BeantownFlyer stated you can check availability online if you have enough miles in your account (which I know you do) that would cover the coach trip.

Or you can ask your travel savvy friend to walk you through it. ;-)

I don't think anyone has received the vouchers yet or we would have seen it on FT. I finished my first set of RT flts on Jan 28th and I am planning on the full 6 to 8 weeks before I receive them.
