There is a shortcut link on the mm site once u login in..
Sometimes it does not credit immediately and says forwarded for verification.. If the miles don't credit within say 1 week after claiming it online, write to them thru the online link .. Its worked for me mostly and only sometimes have they asked for the BP copies which I have sent by scan..
For the shortcut, go to all functions on the right side of the M&M page u get after you login and then you will find Mileage credit there..
