No, what you clearly wrote was 'connecting to final destination within 24H on any *A flight in same ticket' and this is clearly not correct.

The example in your second post is a TG-TG connection and this is indeed covered for F lounge access.

Edit: Although I've never tried to connect with such a long layover, pax could likely gain F lounge admission with, at the most, some gentle persuasion.
