two different departments, the number above is the MR number, the numbers I posted is the brand's customer service team - both are housed in SLC in the same building but different departments (Unless things have changed MR doesn't have access to the customer service database, customer service does have access to the MR database though but if MR can handle this for you I'd go that route first)....remember both offices will be closed for the holidays though
