Overall, I don't want to carry that many cards. KF Amex and Citi Platinum will do for me though I see your points on KF bonus mile credit only in Feb and not so great FX conversion rates (though I have transactions from Japan on both cards right now from the same days and FX rates are very, very similar). I only had the KF Amex for 5 years almost and just now got the Citi Platinum mostly to be able to link my ez-link card - haha

. Got 5K Citi Dollars as a sign up bonus under a corp scheme so went for it. Yes you can optimize your spend more but I'm lazy to do so I admit.
Unfortunately my household spent is way over the 12K SGD annually for Amex so no issues there

. I always have around 150K miles balance in KF so am not that strapped for miles for a potential redemption as I usually only use KF miles for SE Asia or Asia bookings (e.g. SIN-DPS-SIN).
As I said, it depends. In your list, some people should definitely find a card that works for them though some people will argue for DBS Amex Altitude card too which I'm not so fond off mostly because DBS is not that great in Customer Service form my experience. Mileage earning capabilities aside.
wow..i didn't know AMEX KF will waive the S$110 fee. They refused to waive my S$60 admin fee when it was charged so I cancelled it before the S$50 annual fee was charged and I told them off for telling me how good the card was when I told them what Citibank cards are doing.
Ez-link card top up charged to Citi Clear Platinum will earn you 5x rewards, not the generic Citi Platinum Visa.
