That a rapist uses a condom instead of going for "skin to skin" does not eliminate the crime of rape. Same goes for other forms of sex-related crimes.

Yes. And intimidation tactics are exactly what DHS/TSA does use, so DHS/TSA getting a dose of its own kind of medicine is poetic justice.
