But TG has no arrival lounge, so the reason you can use the deaprture TG FCL is an "exception" for pax arriving in TG F and continuing on TG (in any class).
Of course if you depart from BKK in F on another airline with an arrangement with TG, then you can use TG F lounge as departure lounge.
For example, you do ZRH-BKK with TG F, and connect within 24h with TG to MEL, then you have access to the FCL in BKK.
I clearly wrote "and connecting within 24h hours to final destination".

Question is now same rule applies if final destination is on a different etkt number.
