No its still daily a 340 (FRA) and from summer on, IIRC, a 747
Not much competition for business travelers on that route from the Americans :-) and no Asian is flying their either. EK flies several times a day and also always fully booked...
Full flights do not necessarily interpret profitability. It may be filled up with passengers on all cheap fares.
I think that LH's financial centre destinations, i.e. HKG, would be amongst the most profitable routes due to their high premium loads.
