Using the West terminal is the same terminal as IB, so would they share IB's lounge or open up a new galleries at ORY? if they are opening up a new lounge surely it would make sense to start up a service ex LCY as well as LHR and im pretty sure that a LGW service could help to feed the carribean routes ex LGW and take some traffic away from other operators in France.
perhaps adding 2x daily ex LGW ?
They could easily share with IB at Orly Ouest, not only for lounge but also ground services. The lounge is landside so no problem about BA being non-Schengen in this case.
IB have a reasonable sized operation at ORY (flying to 8 or so destinations) - can't see BA spending on their own lounge unless this is done jointly with IB.
