The only lounge option at PVG is the Shanghai Airlines place, which is meager over very crowded. The other options are two fold: another shared lounge used by CX,BA and other OneWorld carriers as well as Aeroflot and others. That place also takes priority pass. There is also an Emirates lounge.

Bottom line: only get there 75-90 before flight time. That terminal is not a pleasant place to spend time.
