Tony Lee just flew us from IAD to LAX today UA 209 and the elite members all got hand written business cards- it was his business card and he wrote a personal note to me on the back thanking me for my loyalty, with my name, seat number, and my status level. Very nice touch. I will write in to UA about it. Excellent crew on this flight including FA Mitra in F. Channel 9 all the way. Class act.
