Slight change of subject, but I didn't want to start a new Kellogg's thread.
I've had good luck sending in Kellogg's certificates for four family members, but one time I think I never got the miles, so I started marking the certificates and xeroxing them before I sent them in. Well, this fall I went 16 weeks without getting miles for one batch, so I sent a letter with a copy of the xerox. I got a letter back, "unfortunately, we do not have a record o receiving certificates for the acount number you provided us. However, we will forward this information to our fulfillment center to process 500 AAdvantage miles to the account number provided." And I've since gotten the miles.
