Get yourself a union and then you can put your personal interests ahead of your employer and the needs of your customer

For what it is worth, I am also in IT and there is no three strikes and your out rule here - get into a tangle with a customer and you are history. Funny how we have generated 14 years of P and L/Balance Sheet ratios that AA can only fantasize about. NO - there could not possibly be a connection between giving drop dead committed customer service and actually making money could there
