I called Airtran, and I didn't get far because no one seemed to know what to do, so I wrote a concise email to Airtran about 8 or 9 days ago enclosing my two receipts, but I haven't heard back yet. They say they have a 48 hour turn-around time. I emailed today to follow-up, attaching my original email. Will keep you guys posted on what happens. I'm used to AA during IRROPS. They're pretty good and proactive, though that could stem from my status.
