Likewise, I'd say EI for the simplicity. New/recently refurbished planes, pretty good staff and food/drink is generally of good quality in business class. For the lenght of flight, it's not worth connecting elsewhere. CO's BF is another option out of EWR, you may even get their new BF product which is on some of their 757's.
