Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? OLCI
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? Nexus line - done the way security should be.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards Yes, same old, but breakfast is tough to make exciting.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Very well done - 4 GAs were working the check in and they were enforcing priority boarding.

If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? NA

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Started take off half an hour after scheduled departure, but boarded on time. No updates provided.


Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Yes, though they forgot to give it back to me at the end of the flight.
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes. Meal orders taken 15 minutes after take off. Would have been challenging to do prior to take off given the number of Y passengers boarding.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) Started serving 50 minutes into flight, wasn't paying attention to completion time.
How was the quality of all the meals? Again, breakfast is tough to make exciting.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Well enough

Seat 11A. Did not recline - mechanism wasn't working. SD attended to it before I noticed but reset didn't fix it. Tolerable on a day flight so I didn't really complain.

Large plane but seemed well staffed - crew were not terribly cheerful, but were nonetheless polite and were very good about attending to PAX issues. Not flying candy week, so the SD was a little surprised by the Ferraros.
