booked on the 20.15 to gla - got an email saying it was cancelled - booked by phone provisionally for the first flight tomorrow but since I was already on the hex carried on to T5 - absolute chaos but the gold card came in handy - went to the F area where a wonderful young man got me on to the edinburgh flight which is apparently going tonight (DV). Felt heart sorry for the folk who had been apparently in the business class rebooking line for three hours - but I appear to be getting home tonight.
Shows that having the yellow card is sometimes priceless!!
