I've noticed that boarding can slightly differ depending if it's a A320 or A319. I usually like to sit in the back of the plane, so I'm one of the FIRST in Y to board on an A320. Then I notice that if I'm on an A319, I'm one of the LAST in Y to board if I sit in the back of the plane. I usually take a window seat. VX boards by group (A, B, C, etc.) but not sure which rows goes with which groups though.

I've also noticed the gate agents make announcements repeatedly asking people to check their carry-ons (at least 3 times if not more). Rarely anyone does...
