I think it's at least as good as Spaca Napoli. Add to that the fact that, while it gets crowded, I've never had to wait and a friendly owner (who probably only talks to us because we're regulars), and why wouldn't you want to at least try it?
Some people just need their snob appeal I guess...

FWIW, Art Smith of Table 52, makes the rounds, visits with guests, signs autographs etc. I don't think the quality suffers too much.
