I've been reading the forums for a while now and have a few questions.

I am looking at flying Dublin - Philadelphia on USAirways on Tues 23rd. This is the day that T2 is supposed to open at Dublin.

Does anyone know for certain if the US immigration pre-clearing will be operational then and/or if USAirways flight US723 presently clears US immigration in Dublin?

I've heard some horror stories about Philadelphia and am hoping to get an onward flight from PHL.
