I would like to add some comments about OZ (wife does not travel enough for “real” *G and therefore collects in OZ). There are two main problems with this program:
a) To get the physical card in your hand, takes forever (her *G took 15 weeks and several calls to get mailed out).
b) To actually get the miles credited, M&M airlines are the worst here, always requires retro registration (which, to be 100% sure to get the miles, requires a visit at a Asiana office).
