Today kicks off a UA + HHonors-tastic week. I'm not sure why I subject myself to this .

In other news, there was a different cast of characters at the gym this a.m. There was one gal there that was j a c k e d. I was worried she was going to eat me for breakfast between sets of benching 200+ lbs.

The best was the woman on the treadmill next to me who I thought was having a seizure. She was flailing her arms around like a whirling dervish and flicking her fingers like she was playing a castanet solo.

I couldn't stop laughing, which she apparently took offense to. She defended herself by saying this was "the new latest fitness trend and in three months everyone would be doing it."

I told her in three months I'd find a new gym.
